On Wednesday January 10th, 2024, NBNA co-hosted a moderated debate between City Council member Katie Valenzuela and Phil Pluckebaum, a former planning commissioner from the River Park neighborhood, who’s running for the District 4 Council seat.

This forum, co-hosted by NBNA with several other neighborhood groups, brought out a strong turnout and allowed attendees to write-in and pose questions for the candidates to address.
